Sponsorships

The funding sources for AIA Wyoming include:

  • Membership Dues

  • Event Registration Fees

  • And most importantly, the generosity of companies and firms who are interested in pledging their support of AIA Wyoming and our shared values as design professionals.

Chapter Sponsorships

Both member and non-member associated businesses and organizations are encouraged to take advantage of Chapter sponsorship of AIA Wyoming to further your marketing reach. As a non-profit organization, AIA Wyoming relies on the generosity of sponsors to grow the chapter and to bring quality opportunities to both our members and our communities.

Program and Event Sponsorships

AIA Wyoming hosts a number of programs, events and business meetings throughout the year which are funded through a variety of sources, including contributions and support of sponsors. Sponsorship of AIA Wyoming events and programs can be exclusive or shared sponsorship arrangements, and the details vary by program or event.

Annual Sponsor - $3,950

Keynote Speaker Sponsor - $2,500

Conference Sponsor - $2,000

Meal Sponsor - $1,300

Vendor Table - Conference - $800

In return for your generous sponsorship and support, AIA Wyoming will provide:

·        Allied Membership for two individuals. 

·        Recognition in our annual publication.

·        Table space setup to market your company at the Spring Conference and the Annual Fall Conference.  

·        Company logo recognition on the AIA Wyoming website. (Your company logo will be displayed with a link to your company website.) 

·        Recognition in both Spring and Fall conference brochures. In addition to the company logo, a company short bio will be included. 

·        Provide a company brochure to be included in the registration packet.

·        Recognition through posters displayed at both Spring and Fall conferences.

  • ·        Two complementary registrations for both Spring and Fall conferences.      Advertisement in AIA Wyoming Annual Calendar.

·        Access to AIA Wyoming Membership directory.

·        Table space set up to market your company at the Conference.
